Galaxy Note 3 Lite Enters Into Production, Release Date Scheduled for 2014
The Galaxy Note 3 Lite has reportedly entered into production today with expected release date for the device to be sometime in 2014.
A new report by Korean media reveals that Samsung has begun the process of manufacturing this new version of the Note and expects the device to account for 30 percent of all sales of the Galaxy Note 3 lineup.
The report also states that the display size on the handset will remain at 5.68-inches as Samsung wants to keep the benefits of the S Pen unaffected with the Lite variant. The rest of the specs are unknown at this time, however, several recent rumors point to the display being changed to an LCD unit with the camera being downgraded to 8-megapixels.

The Galaxy Note 3 Lite will be announced at this year's Mobile World Congress.
The device could launch in both black and white, however, there is not much other information available on its hardware specs at this time.
Some of the recent listings indicate that Samsung is testing two different devices with one that features a 5.9-inch screen and the other with a 5.7-inch one. The camera could end up being downgraded to an 8-megapixel shooter and the screen could be LCD instead of the normal Super AMOLED found on the regular Note.
Samsung has launched the Galaxy Note 3 in 58 countries and an additional 82 markets since its initial release. The company's Mobile Chief JK Shin recently stated that there is strong interest for the phablet that seems to be on its way to eclipsing the company's high-end flagship, the Galaxy S4.
Spec on the device include improved LTE connectivity, a 2.3GHz quad-core processor, a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 resolution, Android 4.3, JellyBean, a 13-megapixel rear camera, LED Flash, a 2-megapixel front shooter, dual camera capabilities, and a redesigned version of the S Pen.
