'Game of Thrones' Episode 2 'The Lost Lords' to Come Out This Week, Official Trailer Released
Telltale has announced the official release dates for "The Lost Lords," which is episode two of its episodic point and click adventure game "Game of Thrones."
"The Lost Lords" will be launched on Feb. 3 to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PC and Mac. It will come out on the Xbox One and Xbox 360 on Feb. 4, and then for iOS and Android devices on Feb. 5.
Not only that, but Telltale also unveiled the official trailer and synopsis ahead of the release.
"The Lost Lords" follow the story of House Forrester, which is in disarray following the death of their liege lord and his heir, and the arrival of the Whitehill soldiers at Ironrath. The survival of the rest of the family and its people depends upon those who are left.
Mira Forrester ended up at King's Landing and has to learn how to play the game, weighing her loyalty to her House to her loyalty to Margaery Tyrell, as well as learning to play the political games of Tyrion Lannister. If she fails, it spells doom for her entire family.
Gared Tuttle, on the other hand, remains at the far north. The Wolfswood squire arrives at the wall and befriends Jon Snow, the bastard son of Ned Stark. Gared needs to prove himself worthy of joining the rangers and carry out his mission for his lords.
The exiled son Asher Forrester, who stays at the east, is called back to Westeros to help his family, but must find a way to get past the Boltons, who are ruling the north with an iron fist.
Telltale's games is based on HBO's hit television series "Game of Thrones," and is set near the end of the series' season three and end before the beginning of its upcoming season five.
The games allow the players to experience the world of "Game of Thrones," and follow the lives of the members of House Forrester. The players' actions as each character will affect the outcome of the game and the fate of the entire House.
The first episode titled "Iron from Ice" was released in December 2014. After "The Lost Lords," the next episodes are "The Sword in the Darkness," "Songs of Winter," "A Nest of Vipers" and "The Ice Dragon." Official release dates have yet to be announced.
