'Game of Thrones' Season 8 Spoilers, Plot News: Daenerys Targaryen, Sansa Stark Together for the First Time?

"Game of Thrones" season 8 might have another much-awaited meeting of two important characters as stars Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) and Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) have been spotted on the same Belfast set recently. Fans speculate that their characters will finally meet for the first time.

Daenerys planned to head to the North in Winterfell at the end of "Game of Thrones" season 7 to fight alongside Jon Snow (Kit Harington), the King in the North. Thus, her likely meeting with Sansa has been anticipated, but will the latter welcome her with open arms?

The Northerners have no enthusiasm for Daenerys given her family history. Sansa might further dislike the Mother of Dragons if she knew that Jon Snow and Daenerys are now romantically involved.

Sansa already felt uncertain about her half-brother leaving the North to seek Daenery's help to fight the White Walkers. Will she question Jon Snow's true loyalties once she finds out about his blossoming relationship with Daenerys, or worse when Sansa learns Jon Snow is also a Targaryen? Will the two women's meeting become a big problem for the king?

Meanwhile, sources released more photos of the set in Belfast via Winter is Coming. It showed the site that's supposed to represent a bigger and more expanded Winterfell, giving credence to the speculations that "Game of Thrones" season 8 will mostly take place in the Stark stronghold.

Filming for the final season of "Game of Thrones" began in early October and production is expected to last for at least 10 months. Harington revealed that the cast already had a table read of the finale's script, which left him in tears.

'We had the read through last week in fact, so I know everything now.' Harington told a TV show audience. "But I cried at the end," the actor revealed, adding, "It's going to be a strange year saying goodbye to everyone and having last scenes with this person and that person."
