'Garo: Vanishing Line' Episode 4 Spoilers: Sophie's Life to Be Featured in 'Brother'
The series may have been veering off a side path for a while, but it seems that it will finally be turning its focus back to the biggest questions on hand on the next episode of the Japanese action anime series, "Garo: Vanishing Line."
Although the first three episodes of the series focused mainly on Sword's life as the armored protector of Russell City, it will now be turning the attention back to the teenage girl named Sophie, who makes up the other part of the story.
The preview for the upcoming episode, aptly titled "Brother," teases a look into Sophie's backstory and how it affects her current life now as a teenager who lives in an orphanage and is on a quest to find her missing brother.
Like Sword, Sophie's interest has also been piqued by the words El Dorado, which was the only clue her brother left before he disappeared. She has been looking for Sword in hopes of teaming up with the guy in order to get to the bottom of El Dorado, and thus find out what has really happened to her brother.
What kind of life has Sophie led, and why is she so determined to find what seemed to be the only family she has left? Where could his brother be and what role does the term El Dorado play in his sudden disappearance?
In line with this, what does El Dorado have to do with Sword's current mission and the mysterious appearance of the mysterious creatures known as Horrors in Russell City?
"Garo: Vanishing Line" airs on Fridays late night at 1:23 a.m. JST on TV Tokyo and late night at 2:10 a.m. JST on TV Osaka. Information on other broadcast schedules and online resources can be found on the series' official site. Episodes will also be simulcast in selected regions outside Japan via Crunchyroll.
