'General Hospital': Nelle Comes Clean
Someone's world will come crashing down all at once in the Thursday, March 2 episode of the ABC daytime soap opera "General Hospital."
Spoilers reveal that after Carly (Laura Wright) finds out about Sonny's (Maura Benard) affair with Nelle (Chloe Lanier), Carly's assistant will be forced to come clean about her transgressions before she can whisk Michael (Chad Duell) away and leave town to explain everything to him.
In this Thursday's episode of "General Hospital," Michael will be stunned to see his parents inside Nelle's apartment. By the looks on everyone's faces, Nelle will realize that they already know everything. She has no other choice but to tell them the truth, which will end with Michael getting blindsided.

However, before Nelle could confess the whole truth, something else will happen and prevent her from divulging everything she has to hide.
According to spoilers posted by Soap Hub, Jason (Billy Miller) and Franco (Roger Howarth) will be going toe-to-toe in the March 2 episode of ABC's daytime soap opera. Franco will try to prevent Jason from meddling with Sam's (Kelly Monaco) care at the hospital.
However, Franco's efforts will be met with stubborn resistance from Jason. He will not let anyone, especially Franco, to get between him and his wife in her time of need. Meanwhile, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will be giving Jason an update about Sam's condition.
In this episode, people will also be starting to wonder about the whereabouts of Laura (Genie Francis). Previously, Rudge (David Lee) and Olivia (Tonja Walker) wanted to keep Laura from participating in the board vote on the future of General Hospital. Laura's drink was consequently drugged and she has been out of commission for quite some time.
However, the upcoming episode of "General Hospital" will show Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) looking for answers regarding Laura's absence and he might get them when he finds Laura's car.
"General Hospital" airs weekdays at 2:00 p.m. EST on ABC.
