'General Hospital' Spoilers, Plot News Friday, October 23, 2015: Liz Gets Dumped at the Altar, Jake's Identity Revelations Coming

Fans already know that Jake's (Billy Miller) identity will be revealed anytime soon, and as the confused protagonist continues his search for self, "General Hospital" spoilers have some news to increase the tension.

It is already clear that Jake will learn about his true identity as Jason Morgan before he says "I Do" but he will reportedly keep the knowledge to himself so he can plan wisely how he will turn the tables on Liz (Rebecca Herbst), who has been lying all the while to him.

However, some sad news is on the way as rumor has it that he will decide to end Liz's lying game just after Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Patrick (Jason Thompson) secretly tie the knot. Celeb Dirty Laundry notes that Sam and Patrick are looking forward to a better life together as they want to move on from their dark past, with Sam getting involved in Jason's life.

It only gets interesting as rumor has it that the two, after their secret wedding, will be attending Jake and Liz's wedding, only to find out Sam is committing bigamy since she's still married to Jason.

To get everything much more complicated, the outlet hints that Jake will rub karma into Liz's face when he dumps her at the altar.

It is worth noting that Liz publicly humiliated poor Ric (Rick Hearst) when he dumped him before they tied the knot in front of everyone who graced their wedding. In a twist of fate, Jake will reportedly do what Liz has been afraid of from the day she decided to lie to him.

Meanwhile, Realty Today says once Jake's true identity is revealed, he will bid Salem good-bye. It is unclear if he will leave town out of humiliation or out of respect for Sam and Patrick who are finding their own selves following the big reveal.

"General Hospital" airs from Monday to Friday on ABC.
