"General Hospital" Spoilers: Nina Finds Out Shocking Pregnancy Revelation, Sam Continues With Hayden's Case

"General Hospital" fans are in for a shocking revelation as spoilers reveal that Nina Clay (Michelle Stafford) will be finding out something she would have never expected. According to a report by Celeb Dirty Laundry, Nina will be meeting up with Dr. Kelly Lee (Minae Noji) for an appointment. While her intention is to find out about her fertility test, she may be hearing another news from the doctor that will really shock her.

Spoilers reveal that Dr. Lee will be telling Nina that not only is she fertile, she has also gone through a full-term labor and delivery. This will greatly surprise Nina as she has been told that she had a miscarriage while she was in coma. It seems that the mystery of her giving birth to a child can only be answered by her evil mother, Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills), as she may have taken away the child from her after delivery to prevent Silas (Michael Easton) from having any connections with her daughter.

There are speculations going around saying that Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) is Nina's real daughter and not Ava's. But then again, a new character could also be introduced into the show. It's likely though that Nina will be having a child soon—either a baby or a grown up.

Meanwhile, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) will get new leads about Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) with the help of Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) who will be the one to give her the information. According to Heavy, Damien will be searching through Hayden's past, which in turn will bring up the name "Naomi." It's not known yet who Naomi is but spoilers suggest that it has something to do with Hayden's alter-ego, Rachel. She is also speculated to be the mother of Rachel. Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will also be finding out something about Hayden's past.
