'General Hospital' Spoilers: On Jason's New Life and Patient Six's Return

The people on "General Hospital" had a hard time these past few weeks. Fans know that Jason (Billy Miller) barely scraped by with his life, that Sam (Kelly Monaco) had to endure through dark times, and that Patient Six (Steve Burton) has been a big mystery.
According to spoilers, Franco (Roger Howarth) will be unable to keep his secret to himself. He will turn to Liz (Rebecca Herbst), and he will tell her about Jason's twin brother. Considering that she has suspected the truth for the longest time, Liz will want to tell everyone in Port Charles. However, Franco will earnestly request that she keep quiet for now. She will agree to his request, but fans believe that it might not take long before the truth is revealed to everyone on "General Hospital."

Meanwhile, Jason has survived a shooting, with Sam constantly by his side. Given that his life was threatened for the past few weeks, his return to the waking world was met by an overjoyed wife. Since he has had a hard time because of the mafia, Jason will finally decide to start a new life. His first step is to call Sonny (Maurice Benard) to tell him that he will no longer want to be caught in the middle of mafia business. After he has taken care of that, he will return to Sam, and they will decide on a future with far less complications.
However, reports suggest that it might not be as easy as they want it to be as fans believe that Patient Six is due to come back in Port Charles next week. Although there has been no indication that Jason and Sam will be in the same city, there is a huge possibility that Patient Six will eventually find the latter and attempt to convince her that he is the real Jason.
