Spoilers for the week of Oct. 30 on "General Hospital" indicate that the tension and thrill that the showrunners have been building up over the past few weeks are finally about to boil over, and it does not look like anyone is going to get away unscathed.
Nathan (Ryan Paevey) is facing a complicated situation, and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will come face to face with an unexpected surprise. Patient Six (Steve Burton) and Jason (Billy Miller) will be making it hard for everyone, as they pull out everything in their arsenal to prove that they are who they claim to be.

Meanwhile, Port Charles' Liz is going to have a hard time confronting reality as spoilers for the following week on "General Hospital" reveal that she might be facing Patient Six soon, all while Franco (Roger Howarth) tries to deal with Andre's (Anthony Montgomery) revelations about his suspected twin.
This month will also bring some hardships for Sonny (Maurice Benard), Carly (Laura Wright), and Sam (Kelly Monaco), who have all just managed to survive a mafia confrontation that left Jason on the brink of death. Considering that Jason is determined to start a new, simple life with Sam, the impending confrontation with Patient Six will make them stand on shaky ground.
