George Michael Will Be Home for Christmas

George Michael's health has drastically improved, and the singer is likely to be home for Christmas.
The 48-year-old has was hospitalized one month ago after becoming seriously ill with pneumonia.
According to a recent tweet by Michael's partner Fadi Fawaz, the Amazing singer's health is on the mend and he is expected to be discharged from Vienna's AKH hospital within days.
"Christmas at home. I cannot stop smiling today, the best day ever. He is getting better and better. Nothing to worry about, happy days," Fawaz tweeted.
Michael's doctors recently dismissed rumors that the singer was battling a more serious condition, and confirmed that while the illness was serious, it was nothing more than a bad case of pneumonia.
"There are no other health issues with regards to the patient other than the underlying pneumonic disorder, and no further measures had to be taken," Professors Gottfried Locker and Christoph Zielinski said in a statement.
The statement also confirmed Michael’s is doing well and is on the road to recovery.
'We are happy to announce that Mr. Michael is improving steadily with an impressive regression of pneumonic symptoms and follows a steady rate of improvement as hoped," the statement added.
Fans were outraged last month after a supposedly religious group known as Christians for A Moral America (CFAMA) attacked Michael after it was announced he was sick.
The group tweeted, "Pray for George Michael's demise. He has chosen a satanic lifestyle and must meet an appropriate end."
It is unclear whether Michael will resume his tour as he was forced to postpone it after falling ill.
