George Zimmerman Upsets Barbara Walters With Interview Demands
George Zimmerman may have broken his silence to Fox New's Sean Hannity recently, but ABC host Barbara Walters is speaking out against the man who killed a 17-year-old boy last February for making demands that ended all negotiations for their interview.
Walters was reportedly looking to interview Zimmerman and flew down to Florida to do so this week. However, the former neighborhood watchman made specific demands that left Walters "appalled," according to New York Post reports.
"She went down there with every intention of doing an interview, but Mr Zimmerman made a demand at the last minute that we could not and would never agree to," a source told the publication.

Although the ABC media personality did not disclose exactly what Zimmerman had demanded, the New York Post reported that he requested hotel accommodations for he and his wife for one month.
Some people took to Twitter to commend Walters for refusing to interview Zimmerman.
"Big ups to Barbara Walters for saying she wouldn't interview George Zimmerman because he wanted a hotel for a month," one person tweeted.
Although Zimmerman may not be interviewing with Walters anytime soon, he did break his silence to Hannity on Fox Wednesday night. During the interview, Zimmerman opted to talk about his spirituality while speaking about the teenager he fatally shot.
"I'm not a racist, and I'm not a murderer," Zimmerman told Hannity before saying he did not regret the events that took place. "It was all God's plan."
Martin's father, Tracy Martin, responded to Zimmerman's comments.
"We must worship a different God," Martin told The Associated Press. "There is no way that my God wanted George Zimmerman to murder my teenage son."
After Zimmerman made headlines for his Hannity interview and demands required for any potential Walters interview, many spoke out about him on Twitter and called for his imprisonment.
"George Zimmerman deserves life in prison," one person tweeted before having his or her remark re-tweeted by other people on the social network. "RIP Trayvon Martin."
