Georgia 911 Operator Helps Save Her Father on Her First Day on the Job (VIDEO)
About 40 calls into her first day as a 911 operator, Crystal Morrow got a true test of her resolve on the job. When she answered one call, she recognized the voice of her aunt, who was calling because Morrow's father had gone into diabetic shock.
Morrow led her aunt, who was unaware it was her, to take the necessary steps and get an ambulance for her father. She credits her trainer, Danielle Harvey, for her ability to handle the stressful call.
