Germany vs Faroe Islands Live Stream: Watch Online 2014 World Cup Qualifying Football
Germany will travel to the Faroe Islands for their World Cup qualifying match in Torsvollur, Torshavn, Faroe Islands on Tuesday and will look to extend their lead atop Group C.
Germany has dominated their qualifying opponents, having won all but one of their World Cup qualifying games so far, which places them five points clear of Sweden at the top of Group C. There really is not a challenge to be expected from the Faroe island as the team has not won a competitive match since June 2011.
They were able only concede 3 goals during the reverse fixture in Hannover, Germany and could see the match slip away if they are not organized in the back.
Only Sweden has kept Joachim Low's side from a perfect win record – having came back from 4-0 down to draw 4-4 in an incredible match in Berlin last October.
However, the Faroe Islands may feel more confident given that the Germans had five regular starts withdraw ahead of this match. The latest to pull out is Marco Reus, who joins midfielders Ilkay Gundogan, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Mario Gotze and Lars Bender on the sidelines. The Germany team is too strong for the injuries to cause them major problems, though the Islanders will be hoping it helps them to limit their loss.
Kick-off for the match is at 2:45 p.m. ET and can be watched online here.
