It is one of the most — if not the most — disturbing photos from the Vietnam War: a burned naked girl running down a road.

Only 9 years old at the time, Kim Phuc was trying to escape a napalm attack by American forces, her body severely burned, leaving many to wonder if she would survive.

Well, she did. "God [is] not finished with me yet," said Phuc when recounting her survival after doctors had written her off.

While reading in a Vietnamese library, Phuc stumbled upon a Bible and after reading it decided to become a Christian.

Not only did Phuc survive her devastating childhood ordeal and its painful, lingering effects, but she recently spoke to "CBS Sunday Morning" about the traumatic event, her life since then, and the impact of the photo.

The now 52-year-old Phuc explained that she has since married, had children, moved to Canada and become a Christian.

Posted to YouTube on Oct. 25, the video has garnered over 47,000 views, and includes an interview with Phuc, her husband and the man who captured that world-famous photo.
