"Giuliana brings not only a wealth of experience to the air, but also a fun, relatable and candid energy that makes her a fan favorite amongst E! viewers and incredibly popular across the entertainment community," McClellan added.

The new agreement will see Rancic continue as anchor and managing editor of E! News as well as host of E!'s "Live From The Red Carpet" specials and "Beyond Candid With Giuliana." Furthermore, the 39-year-old continues to serve as co-host of "Fashion Police" while also starring on her reality television series "Giuliana and Bill" which originated on E!'s sister channel Style.

Rancic is not the only television personality whose contract with E! was up; Ryan Seacrest has been in talks for a new NBCUniversal deal. Also, while Rancic is staying with E!, Chelsea Handler of "Chelsea Lately" recently announced plans for her departure from the network at the end of the year.

Meanwhile, Rancic remains one of the most beloved television personalities on TV today as fans ardently followed her battle against cancer as well as her struggle to conceive over the past few years. The fashion mogul said she is "thrilled and blessed" to stay on at E!

"I'm thrilled and blessed to be able to pursue all of my passions while continuing on at E!, my home away from home," she said, according to Deadline. "I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!"
