'Grey's Anatomy' Season 10 Spoilers: Shocking Secret Comes Between Meredith and Derek?

"Grey's Anatomy" spoilers about season 10 leaked just before Thursday's brand new episode "Take It Back" airs.

According to one report, Meredith and Derek will be faced with a shocking secret on the midseason premiere of the medical drama.

"Next Thursday's installment will having you asking the question: Is there a little Derek Shepherd running around out there that we never knew about," TV Line reported, referring to the possibility of the doctor having a son.

Moreover, the midseason premiere will include scenes that may seem surreal after it picks up directly following Jackson's outburst at the wedding.

As for tonight's episode, the synopsis reads, "Alex hears new about his dad and becomes angry. Meanwhile, Derek doesn't keep a promise, leaving Meredith feeling betrayed; Arizona and Callie make a decision about their relationship; and Bailey uncovers the real reason why Ben returned to Seattle," according to TV Guide.

Meanwhile, as previously reported, "Grey's Anatomy" fans already learned that Patrick Dempsey [Derek] will not be leaving the series anytime soon. During an interview with TVLine back in August, the actor said his character's leaving the show next season.

"Everything is open to conversation at this point," Dempsey said. "Grey's has been such a remarkable ride. Shonda [Rhimes] has been incredibly supportive. I enjoy Grey's more than ever in many ways. Our relationship has grown considerably. We've all matured of the last 10 years. So it would be a shame to end this."

Nevertheless, longtime "Grey's" star Sandra Oh is leaving the show after its current and 10th season.

"We found out right at the end of the table read for the 200th episode," Dempsey recalled. "She took the cast aside individually and said, 'I'm going to leave the show.' With any member of the show, especially the original cast, it's always sad to see someone leave."

"Grey's Anatomy" airs Thursdays on ABC on 9 p.m.
