'Grey's Anatomy' Season 13 Episode 15 Spoilers: Jackson Takes Action Against Minnick

Jackson (Jesse Williams) is going after Minnick (Marika Dominczyk) in the upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy."

In the episode titled "Civil War," the sneak peek reveals that Jackson will confront his mother, Catherine (Debbie Allen), about the Minnick situation in the hospital. Ever since Minnick was appointed the head of the surgical residency program, trouble started brewing among the residents. Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) was suspended and the doctors turned against each other. Jackson has finally snapped and wants to do something about the problem. As a representative of the Harper Avery Foundation, he does have the clout to do so.

The teaser shows Jackson blaming Catherine for the unrest at their work place. According to him, he is going to use his influence to get rid of Minnick and bring back Webber (James Pickens Jr.). His mother reminds him that as reps of the foundation, they just oversee things and that he cannot fire Minnick. However, Jackson replies that Catherine already broke that rule when she got Bailey (Chandra Wilson) to hire Minnick on her orders. He says it is time to use the position that his mother forced unto him. He will now take over Catherine's position and she will not be able to do anything about it.

Meanwhile, the synopsis (according to TV Guide) reveals that amidst all the tension and drama at the hospital, Meredith and Nathan (Martin Henderson) will finally discuss their true feelings. It seems like she will be caught between him and Alex (Justin Chambers) when they fight over a patient. Alex must know that Meredith will side with Nathan since she is in love with him. She has yet to accept the truth, though, and this exasperates Nathan. He knows that Meredith has already fallen for him.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
