'Grimm' Season 4 News: Adalind to Search for Her Missing Daughter, New Wesen to Be Introduced on the Show
"Grimm" Season 4 will feature Adalind as she searches for her missing daughter. It has been reported that she will be travelling to Europe, as she believes that Prince Viktor has her baby. However, the Prince lied about having the child, who is actually being cared for by Nick's mother.
But it seems like there may be someone else who is after the child.
According to TV Guide, a mysterious woman who is connected to the royal families is also interested in the child. The character, Elizabeth Lascelles, will be played by CSI alum Louise Lombard.
Meanwhile, it won't be smooth sailing for newlyweds Monroe and Rosalee. Executive producer David Greenwalt teased that "very bad things" will happen to the couple during the first half of the season.
"There are forces out there, a kind of Wesen Klu Klux Klan, that do not like this kind of intermarriage," said the show runner.
Greenwalt also mentioned a new kind of evil Wesen that will be introduced in the first few episodes of the show. The Wesen, named Octo-Man, is said to be able to steal memories by attaching his tentacles to a person's head. By doing so, the Wesen either leaves his victim with a severe memory loss or dead.
"This guy is ruthless and sophisticated—a high-tech spy who is involved with some highly placed military intelligence personnel," said Greenwalt to TV Guide.
Among many of Octo-Man's victims is the new Grimm, Trubel, who, the show runner reveals will be left in a "very dire state."
Does this mean that Nick will be getting his powers back? It can be recalled that he lost his abilities at the end of the third season. Could he be the Grimm again?
"Grimm" Season 4 will premiere on Oct. 24 on NBC.
