'Grimm' Season 5 Episode 2 Spoilers: Intense Promo Video Released, Nick Faces Fatherhood

"Grimm" has finally returned for its fifth season and things at the premiere episode kicked off pretty intense and dark. First of all, Juliette's (Bitsie Tulloch) dead and so is Nick's (David Giuntoli) mother. Bad guys headed by FBI Special Agent Chavez took away Trubel, Juliette's body, and Nick's mother's head. Nick and his team mourned for their loss. Based on that, it seems like the next episode isn't going to get better soon.

According to Cartermatt, "Grimm" season 5 episode 2 titled "Clear and Wesen Danger" is going to show Nick take on a new role in his life and it's going to be as a father. Amidst the tragedy that took place in the first episode, a new life emerged as Adalind (Claire Coffee) finally gave birth to Nick's son.

It wasn't an easy baby delivery but the child is safe now and Nick will have to prepare and adjust for the major changes in his life. He is also trying to figure out a way to make sure that his child and Adalind is safe from the dangers all around them. And as revealed in the official synopsis found in Hollywood Hills, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) are willing and ready to help Nick out with the new addition.

The synopsis also stated that Capt. Renard (Sasha Roiz) will be assigning Hank (Russell Hornsby) a new partner. Together they will investigate a ruthless murder at an investment group. Reggie Lee is said to be making an appearance in the show.

Not much has been detailed on what's to come next in the second episode but looking at the promo trailer released, it's expected that it's going to be nothing short of intense and thrilling especially since the Wesen continues to rise. It also hinted that something big is coming that not even the Grimm can stop it. What will it be? Fans will have to stay tuned.

"Grimm" season 5 episode 2 will air on Nov. 6 on NBC.
