'Grimm' Season 5 News, Cast, Spoilers: 3 Things Happening in Season 5
The premiere of "Grimm" season 5 is less than three weeks away and fans are excited to see how Nick will be doing after the shocking events in the finale of season 4. Many expect that Nick will be lost especially after witnessing the love of his life die in his arms, and based on the recent promo video, it seems that's exactly what's going to happen. So far, three things are sure to happen in the upcoming season.
According to Entertainment Weekly, first thing is the confirmation that Juliette really is dead. When she initially died in the finale, many fans thought that perhaps this is just for show, and that in some miraculous way, she will be revived and her love with Nick can pick up where they left off. However, executive producer David Greenwalt himself revealed during the San Diego Comic-Con 2015 that there really is no coming back from the dead for Juliette.
Second thing that will definitely occur is Adalind and Nick being parents. The season 4 finale not only served the most shocking death, but the most shocking baby drama as well. As if it's not hard enough for Nick to deal with Juliette's death, he also has to deal with raising a baby with one of his archenemies. However, although Adalind would be the least candidate for Nick's baby, the baby boy she is carrying will be the one who will hold it together for Nick. Claire Coffee, who plays Adalind, previously shared in a KGW interview, "We go from sworn mortal enemies to now raising this child together, so that, as you can expect, would have some wrinkles to that. They're figuring out a way to live with each other and kind of work together for this child. That becomes the most important thing."
While Nick and Adalind may be finding a common ground, it seems that Monroe and Rosalee will have their common ground shaken. The third event fans can likely expect is Rosalee having some sort of relapse from her drug addiction days, while it will definitely affect her personality and her relationship with Monroe. Also with all the baby drama focus, it seems that the two might start to consider their own as well.
Season 5 of "Grimm" premieres on Oct. 30 on NBC, 9/8C.
