'Grimm' Season 5 News, Cast, Spoilers: An Upcoming Peter Pan Twist in the New Season
"Grimm's" dark take on well-loved fairytales is definitely one of the things that has fans coming back for more. Although many fairy tales may be less known than the others, the show has, nevertheless, captured the attention of fans. Now it is reported that the show will be taking on the classic story of "Peter Pan."
According to CarterMatt, the episode entitled "Lost Boys" is set to air on Nov. 13. The title itself is already a direct reference to the famous tale, and though the season is yet to start, a synopsis has already been released. It reads, "Rosalee (Bree Turner) goes missing after a band of orphaned children target her as the mother figure they have always wanted. With a furious Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) by their side, Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) race against the clock to find Rosalee after discovering a connection to an earlier missing persons case that didn't end have a happy ending."
Although the synopsis talks about the main plot the episode will revolve around, it is expected that there will be more factors playing in at this point, especially with what each character is going through. With Nick, the main person who is expected to lead the cases, battling his own demons — specifically dealing with Juliette's death — there's no saying how things can go haywire for everyone.
Aside from a new episode story, a new character is also expected to appear soon, which would be Monroe's uncle, Felix Dietrich. TV Line reports that his character will be asking for Monroe's help, and is described to be "bespectacled, bookish [and] slightly off-center." It is also said that he will further help Nick and his team with the book references that they have lost at the time when Juliette had burned the trailer.
The new season of "Grimm" premieres on Oct. 30 on NBC.
