Ground Zero Nearly One Week Before the 10th Anniversary of 9/11 (PHOTOS)

World Trade Center construction is in progress nearly one week before the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.

The nation will remember the series of four co-ordinated suicide attacks by al-Qaida on the United States on  Sept. 11, 2001.
