GTA 5 Online Heists DLC Release Date Update: Multiplayer Game Experience Hit By Delay
Online gaming websites and YouTube are rife with rumors of the release date of the much anticipated GTA 5 Online Heists DLC. This DLC, which is part of the 1.16 update, will introduce new gaming content for players who have been waiting for the release for almost a year.
Not only has the update been delayed, but it seems like the promised multiplayer game experience won't be making its debut anytime soon.
Rockstar Games has recently confirmed that the co-op heists for GTA Online will not be released by the end of spring as planned. In a brief statement, the company explained the delay.
"For those of you asking about other oncoming GTA Online updates, we have lots more in store coming your way soon," said Rockstar on their Newswire last Monday. "We know many fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of the Online Heists that we have planned to release for you this spring, and they are taking more time to create than originally anticipated."
Many fans of the game agree that the elaborate heists of GTA 5 were the best part of the single-player experience, so there is no surprise that there is a huge demand for the multiplayer experience as well.
Meanwhile, the DLC update is rumored to contain casinos, Zombie DLC, Assassination modes, CIA missions, and much more. The 1.16 update is also rumored to fix many of the money glitches that have been allowing players to make extra money in the game.
It is rumored that the GTA 5 Online Heists DLC will be released by August 19. The information was revealed by YouTube user DomisLive. For now, no release date has been given for the game's co-op heists.
