Reports say this is the Valentine's Day content. Whether or not this will include the "GTA V" Lowriders 2 DLC is not yet certain at this time.

However, recent reports have been saying that the second installment to the Lowriders DLC will be coming, along with the Valentine's Day content. Those following the game say this could be possible as the Lowriders Part 1 was released alongside the Halloween DLC in November 2015 and the Festive Surprise 2015 came out with the Executives and Other Criminals DLC.

Adding fuel to the fire, Twitter user TezFunz2, also known as Funmw2, had indicated in the past that both the Valentine's Day content and the Lowriders Part 2 DLC would be released this month. The tipster also posted in a "GTA" forum that "Lowriders 2.0 is scheduled for February with possible Valentine Day content."

TezFunz2 further insinuated the February release date by saying that the Time Trials will end on Feb. 8. Others have supported this theory, even adding that the Lowriders 2 DLC would be released a day after, on Feb. 9.

According to veteran YouTuber MrBossFTW, a.k.a. Ross, Rockstar has already done 22 time trials and only have three more to go until the Feb. 8 deadline. He also supports the Feb. 9 release date of the Lowriders DLC.

Needless to say, these are all rumors at this point. An official announcement from Rockstar should confirm or debunk these speculations.
