GTA V Online for Mac Demanded After Announcement of PC Version

GTV V Online for the Mac is being requested by Apple users after news of the PC version was confirmed by Rockstar.

The company did not make the previous game, GTA IV for the Mac, however, the developer might have to start planning to meet the demand for Apple users. Other Rockstar titles such as GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas are currently available in Apple's Mac App Store so the company does have some experience porting its games to Mac devices.

There are also rumors that state that GTA V cannot come to the Mac due to a "capacity" problem. This was first revealed in a forum earlier this year, however, Rockstar has not yet commented on this issue. The company also recently released Max Payne 3 for the Mac so a GTV V version coming in the future is possible.

GTA V will be released for the PC, Xbox One and PS4 during the fall of 2014.

A new trailer was released on the internet last month confirming this information. Previous leaks pointed to the game's release for these next-gen consoles and now it seems that Rockstar has finally decided to pull the veil off and announce what it has been working on.

There really isn't a lot of information here aside from the announcement of the new versions of the game. The PC GTA V has been highly anticipated for quite some time. The PS4 and Xbox One versions have leaked through ads for various retailers.

Rockstar games also came under fire recently after a law suit was filed against the company by actress Lindsay Lohan, who claims the company used her likeness without permission to create a character named Lacey Jonas in GTA V.
