Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton News: Stefani Against the Idea of Country Singer Teaching Her Sons to Hunt

Blake Shelton plans on passing on a deep-seated family tradition of his to Gwen Stefani's sons by teaching them how to hunt.

Recently, it was reported that Shelton had turned himself into a mentor for Stefani's 11-year-old son Kingston and 9-year-old Zuma. He has already gone fishing with them in Oklahoma, and is also instructing one of them on how to play the guitar

A source close to Stefani recently revealed that while the kids enjoyed doing exciting things with Shelton, there was one activity that she was "totally opposed" to, and that was hunting.

"Blake would love to teach the boys how to hunt deer during the upcoming season in Oklahoma, but Gwen is totally opposed to it. Gwen grew up in Orange County, and spent her free time as a teenager at the mall rather than out in the woods," the source told HollywoodLife.

The insider also revealed that killing animals has not been a part of Stefani's life, so she does not want her sons to kill animals either.

"Gwen doesn't force her sons to eat vegan... but she is putting her foot down when it comes to them handling guns and shooting deer," added the source.

Meanwhile, a news site recently reported that Shelton was "hoping for a child" after learning about Adam Levine's upcoming second baby. According to the news outlet, Levine's second child was already on the way, and this made his close friend, Shelton, envious and hope for his own baby as well. Gossip Cop eventually busted the story and dismissed it as another piece of fake news.

Shelton and Levine are currently judges on "The Voice," while Stefani was also part of the show in previous installments. It was through the show that Stefani and Shelton fell in love, and they confirmed their relationship in November 2015.
