H1Z1 Release Date: Device Coming on Steam in Late 2014
H1Z1 is a game set in the U.S. where the world has been overrun by a zombie outbreak. Players must now enter the post-apocalyptic world with other players and work together to achieve a singular goal: Survive.
The game is a Massive Multiplayer Online game which puts players at odds and ends with the zombies and against each other. Basically, in order to survive, players must work together to defend against the zombie onslaught but the game is still an open Player-versus-Player game, meaning anyone could be trying to manipulate you or genuinely trying to help you.
Sony offers to players a myriad of new features that would set the online game apart from other games in the genre. H1Z1 is set to have more intelligent zombies where a single gunshot could bring a horde coming, or gathering in numbers isn't exactly a safety net.

Players will also be able to gain access to a wide selection of weapons and vehicles to aid them in their battle against the undead. Weapons in the game can either be looted, crafted, or found throughout the game world. Vehicles can also be found but will be difficult to repair and maintain. However, having one would still an invaluable asset for players wishing to survive.
To further the chances of survival, players can also build defensible bases in which to house themselves, fellow allies, and any possessions players might have collected in the game.
Zombie apocalypse games have been in a steady release ever since the advent of the Left 4 Dead series. Sony Online Entertainment is now planning to release this new online zombie apocalypse game sometime late 2014 on Steam.
