Harold Camping Oct. 21 Rapture: Everyone Still Here
Harold Camping has predicted that the world would end Friday. The Christian broadcaster has also claimed that there would be some sort of catastrophe, which would bring about the end.
As of 3:15 p.m. EST, the world is still here and many are now wondering what Camping has to say for himself this time around.
The 90-year-old and his staff are avoiding all contact with the media today, and are not releasing any statements.

His daughter Susan Espinoza released a statement by email that said, "I'm sorry to disappoint you, but we at Family Radio have been directed to not talk to the media or the press."
This is the fourth time Camping has made a claim that the world will end. His last three predictions did not come to fruition.
Initially his claim was for May 21, and after that did not happen he said that Oct. 21 will see the world’s physical end while the May date was a spiritual end, citing that no one can be saved after that date.
After the initial shock of failing with his prediction, Camping said he was "flabbergasted" and was reconfiguring his calculations.
However, this time around Camping does not seem too sure about his claims and for the first time is using "maybe" and "probably" among the words he tosses around concerning the final days of Earth.
"I do believe we're getting very near the very end. Oct. 21, that's coming very shortly, that looks like it will be, at this point, it will be the final end of everything," the 90-year-old preacher said in a podcast on his radio show.
On one of these podcasts Camping threw out a weary prediction saying, "Probably there will be no pain suffered by anyone because of their rebellion against God. I really am beginning to think as I've restudied these matters that there's going to be no big display of any kind," he said. "The end is going to come very, very quietly."
On June 9 Camping suffered from a stroke and although in good health now, he never returned to full time broadcasting, but most of the time uses pre-taped segments from previous shows.
