'Hawaii Five-0' Season 6 Episode 9 Spoilers: What Happens When Danny Goes 'Back To School?'
In the upcoming episode of the police procedural TV series "Hawaii Five-0," the team will be conducting an undercover operation that will bring out a different side of one of its main guys, Danny "Danno" Williams (Scott Caan). According to CarterMatt, the next episode's official synopsis of the episode titled "Hana Keaka (Charade)" says that "Five-0 goes back to school when a college professor is killed and Danny goes undercover as his replacement." Except for the synopsis, details have been scarce about the circumstances of this undercover operation.
Given the characterization of the Detective Danny Williams, however, the report speculates that this will make for a "fun episode" to watch as Danny is not exactly the type who can pass for a college professor.
Another CarterMatt report also features a preview video of the next episode which reveals the circumstances why Williams was chosen to be the undercover agent. According to the report, Williams was the only plausible candidate among the team members to do the deed. As the video clip showed, while he may not be having a hard time pretending to be a professor and doing his best in investigating the case, there may be other problem areas that may be a handful for him. One of these is his relationship with his students. In the clip, one of his female students seemed to be intent on influencing her grade by making advances on Williams, which is likely going to make him very uncomfortable. It is bound to become problematic as he cannot tell her that he is a cop as it may compromise his mission.

The series is on its sixth season at CBS and it is a successful reboot of the original "Hawaii Five-O" series which was shown from 1968 to 1980. The show follows the story of a special task force in Hawaii composed of Lt. Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin), Danny Williams (Scott Caan), Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim), Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) and Lou Grover (Chi McBride). They investigate different crimes from kidnapping to terrorism.
"Hawaii Five-0" airs every Friday at CBS.
