The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada put this commercial together to send a message, and remind everyone that the lifestyle you're living now will eventually affect the quality of your life. The release date for this commercial is 2013, but it's still relevant for today. We should all start to live a healthier lifestyle, and help those around us live a healthier lifestyle.
