Presidential Candidate Accused of Inappropriate Behavior Again
While one Herman Cain accuser says she will not go public, another has asked to be released from her confidentiality agreement, while still a third has come forward saying that the former Godfather's Pizza CEO had also harassed her while she worked for him at the American Restaurant Association.

The woman said she did not tell anyone because she was afraid of losing her job.

For his part, Herman Cain says, his opponents are "trying to destroy me."
One of Cain's two accusers, both of whom who had both worked for Cain at the ARA in the 1990s, now says she will not come forward, saying she does not want to become the next Anita Hill. Hill is the woman who accused Associate Supreme Court Judge Clarence Thomas of innappropriate sexual behavior.
Thomas, now a Supreme Court Justice said at the time, in 1990, "This is not an opportunity to talk about difficult matters privately or in a closed environment. This is a circus. It's a national disgrace. And from my standpoint, as a black American, it is a high-tech lynching."
The New York Times reported the woman involved in Cain's case received $35,000, equal to one year’s pay, to stay quiet.
The lawyer for the second woman, Joel Bennett, has asked for his client to be released from a confidentiality agreement she signed that required her not to speak about the incident.
One of the first two Cain accusers currently works as a spokesperson in Maryland, the other is a New Jersey lobbyist, according to ABC News.
Cain is still currently leading many early Republican polls.
