High School Students Kissing Parents Prank Goes Viral

Rosemount High School has received widespread criticism after a video of a group of blindfolded students unknowingly kissing their parents went viral.

The video, which has received over 100,000 views in just seven days, shows footage from what school officials have brushed off as a "prank" involving students and their parents.

The students can be seen blindfolded and affectionately kissing their parents as onlookers laugh hysterically in amusement.

One mother proceeded to move her blindfolded son's hand down to her behind as they shared a passionate kiss. Another mother went one step further, pinning her blindfolded son to the floor before slapping him with a wet kiss.

Thousands have flocked to YouTube expressing their disgust in what critics are calling offensive and incestuous behavior. Some viewers were so outraged, they contacted the school directly to vent their frustrations.

The school's principal, John Wollersheim, was forced to address complaints, and insisted the school was remorseful.

"Anything that happens at this school is the principal's responsibility. I take full responsibility… There shouldn't be an event in a school that we offend people with," Wollersheim told the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

"There is no question that people were offended… I apologize to those who were offended, and we won't do it again," he added.

The school insists the prank was intended to be harmless entertainment.

The prank involved captains of the school winter sports teams being blindfolded and lined up, before being kissed by a "stranger," whom they had to guess.

The principal insisted all students and parents took part willingly, and were in no way forced.
