During the last episode, it was revealed that Ahmed Nazari (Darwin Shaw) offered Alison love and $8 million in stolen cash when Carrie filled in for her in Baghdad. She was lured with the promise of starting a new life in Saint Lucia with the money, the report explains.

Unfortunately, she found out that the Russians were just using Ahmed to make her fall into a federal crime, so she became a double agent to avoid jail time. Allison was later paid half of the stolen money in exchange for her service. In addition, she was handed some important tips that could push her promotion in the CIA.

Meanwhile, Quinn will be kidnapped by a group of Syrian jihadists in the next episode. One of the kidnappers will also tell him that they are getting ready to execute a deadly mission for the glory of Allah, MNR Daily reports.

Quinn will try to talk his captor out of their deadly task, but viewers will have to stay tuned to find out if he will succeed in preventing a terrorist attack.

"Homeland" season 5 episode 9 airs on Sunday, Nov. 29 on Showtime.
