Keane Coordinates With Dar Adal in 'Homeland' Season 6

The upcoming episode of "Homeland" season 6 will see President Elizabeth Keane (Elizabeth Marvel) constructing a scheme and coordinating with Dar Adal (F. Murray Abraham).

The official synopsis of the new episode, titled "Sock Puppets," does not provide a lot of information, but it is definitely enough to get fans all riled up. "Carrie catches a break. Keane makes a plan. Max goes undercover," the synopsis reads.

A teaser trailer for the next episode has also been released. It starts out with Quinn (Rupert Friend) getting all the supplies he needs, including guns, as Carrie's (Claire Danes) voice is heard in the background.

"He nearly died last year," she points out. "And I managed to save him. But I can't go through that again."

The next scene features Dar Adal talking to Keane about certain "rumors" pointing to an Iranian defector who knows a lot of dirt. Keane confirms to him that they are real, and Dar Adal looks surprised.

Carrie is then called into action once again and she talks to Saul (Mandy Patinkin) about the cover-up. But Saul does not care about the cover-up at all. Instead, he is more concerned about the agency.

Meanwhile, here is a brief recap of the previous episode, titled "Alt.Truth."

Quinn's apparent delusions seem to have gotten worse as he sees the man who has been following him for a while. After an intense fight, including some physical violence dealt by Quinn to Astrid (Nina Hoss), Quinn followed his stalker and hit him over the head. However, it turned out that the man he attacked was not the same person.

He went back to Astrid and seemed to want to make things right with her. However, Quinn's "delusions" were confirmed to be real when he suddenly got shot in the chest. After killing Astrid, Quinn's stalker chased him to the lake, where Quinn fell. The man fired several bullets at the water. But after he left, Quinn was revealed to be alive.

"Homeland" season 6 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EDT on Showtime.
