'House of Cards' Season 6 Spoilers: Is LeAnn a Friend or a Foe for Frank?
Frank (Kevin Spacey) will have to keep an eye out for LeAnn Harvey (Neve Campbell) in the potential new season of "House of Cards."
Spoilers for the new installment reveal that Frank's former Chief of Staff is well and alive. According to Express, Michael Kelly, who plays Douglas Stamper, assured viewers that LeAnn would be back and that she would rejoin their side to take down Claire (Robin Wright). Both Doug and LeAnn reportedly believe that Frank is the perfect person to lead the country. Together, they will make sure that the former POTUS will return to power and take back what is rightfully his.
Still, viewers are curious to know if LeAnn's integrity to the cause is without blemish. After all, she must have known that the car accident that almost took her life was somehow connected to Frank. It took place only hours after she was appointed as the president's chief of staff. In a previous interview, Campbell said that there is more to her character than meets the eye. Although LeAnn has signed on to help out Frank, there is no telling what she would do once the truth of his duplicity is revealed.
"I think LeAnn is the kind of person who is willing to take on whatever comes to her. Whether she knew of the challenges with the Underwoods or the extent to which their moral compasses can be off, I don't know about that [Laughs]. But she was ready to come in and fight," Campbell said.
Meanwhile, Claire is more than ready to take on those who will try to take her down in season 6. Now that she has achieved her lifelong dream, she will not let the others take the presidency away from her. Claire also knows what her husband can do. When Frank eventually makes his move, she will have a surprise waiting for him.
Netflix has yet to announce the renewal of "House of Cards."
