'Housewives' Kyle Richards Slams Lisa Vanderpump: 'I Felt Attacked'

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards has spoken out about the season three reunion show, revealing that she felt "attacked" by Lisa Vanderpump.

The 44-year-old mother of four was accused of not being a loyal friend to Vanderpump, who is her former best friend. She admitted that the accusations were hurtful.

"I was very hurt at the reunion. I felt attacked by her," Richards told RadarOnline.com about Vanderpump.

Richards and Vanderpump, 52, developed a solid friendship during season one, but it began to fizzle out in season two. The pair has still not yet been able to salvage their friendship and Richards says she is fine with that.

"Life's too short. I choose to get over things and get on," she said. "I'm a happy person and I can't hold onto things like that."

Both women were often at the center of drama during season three despite previously being inseparable during past seasons. A source claims the pair will never be able to reconcile because their problems are reportedly much deeper.

"Kyle and Lisa's relationship will never be repaired and it's more than just the stuff you see on the show," a source told HollywoodLife.com.

"Kyle and her husband (Mauricio Umansky) shot a pilot of sorts for a spinoff show based around his real estate business at the same time Lisa was shooting 'Vanderpump Rules.' They were in competition, from what I understand, because the network wanted to to add a spin off from the Beverly Hills franchise and decided to put Lisa and Kyle to the test," the source revealed.

"Vanderpump Rules" first began airing on the Bravo TV network in January and so far the show has been a great success. Insiders claim that the show has been renewed for a second season and Richards is said to be envious particularly because her pilot was never picked up.

"I think that hurt Kyle's feelings a bit, because she wanted that for herself and for her husband. That would have been great for his business and they even tried to highlight his real estate success when they shot an episode of Housewives in downtown L.A.," the source explained.
