Western Conference teams meet as the Golden State Warriors travel to the Toyota Center to face the Houston Rockets in the regular season of the National Basketball Association.

This is the second of three meetings between the two teams and the Rockets should be feeling good about their chances this time after already losing to the Warriors earlier in the season.

At the moment, the Warriors are at 29-2 and leading the way in the Pacific Division. They also have the best record in the league, displaying that their championship run last year was not a fluke.
However, they are coming off a loss to the Dallas Mavericks as superstar Steph Curry was out with a bruised leg. Listed as day-to-day, Curry should be a gametime decision whether he will play against the Rockets.
On the other hand, the Rockets have been struggling lately as they have only amassed a 16-17 record so far to place fourth in Southwest Division which is currently being led by the San Antonio Spurs. They are hoping that the bad luck the Warriors are on extend until their meeting so they can get a big win and go back to .500 on the season.
However, if their last meeting was to determine how things go, the Rockets are not optimistic. They were absolutely dominated when they first clashed in Texas as the Warriors dominated en route to a 112-92 victory.
It was in the second quarter when the lead grew as the Warriors held the Rockets to 15 points to lead by 13 at the half. The dominance continued throughout the game as Houston could not find any answers.
Curry had 25 points, seven rebounds and six assists in the victory, while Montrezl Harrell became the unlikely best player for the Rockets with 17 points and three rebounds.
