'How to Get Away With Murder' Season 2 Episode 3 Spoilers and Recap: Nate's Case Thrown Out
On the next episode of "How to Get Away With Murder" entitled "It's Called the Octopus," the official synopsis reads, "A high-end sex club is invstigated by the team when Annalise takes on a new client. Meanwhile, a new motive surfaces in the case against two wealthy siblings accused of killing their parents; and Wes finds an unexpected ally."
In the preview for the episode, it seems that Annalise will take on a new client that will be played by actress Sherri Saum. Annalise will also be giving a lecture on sex and criminal law as she explains that sex and criminal law go hand-in-hand. The episode will be filled with crimes of passion that will surely be deadly and interesting.
The preceding episode began with the flash forward and Wes was running away from the Hapstall house. He ran into Mikaela and Laurel, who were hiding in the trees and they were looking for Connor, who had stayed behind to stem the bleeding from Annalise's gunshot wound.
Two months earlier, Annalise went to the police station in order to talk to the Hapstall siblings since their aunt and the witness had just been found dead her car. The siblings were arrested for their aunt's murder.
Annalise asked Bonnie to handle the Hapstall siblings, while she dealt with the preliminary hearing in Nate's case. The prosecutor had attacked Annalise by insinuating that she killed her husband with Nate's help.
At the stand, the prosecutor asked Annalise about her relationship with Nate and when it started. The gang sat inside the courtroom and listened. Mikaela ran into a mysterious man whom she brushed off.
Evidence that implicated that Hapstall brother was found in the aunt's car and Wes attempted to talk to the sister in order to gain more information. Annalise was pissed at her clients for lying to her in the first place. At Nate's hearing, Annalise was attacked by Nate's attorney, who implied that she killed her husband and that she was making her boyfriend take the fall for it. The case got thrown out and the prosecutor became the one in charge of the Hapstall case.
Two months later, the prosecutor was revealed to be dead inside the Hapstall house as well. Nate saw Annalise and his lawyer kiss in front of the office.
"How to Get Away With Murder" airs on Thursday.
