"How to Get Away with Murder" season 2: Will Annalise Take the Stand Against Nate in Episode 2?
"How to Get Away with Murder" is on a high track as its premiere episode was definitely more than enough to get everyone excited for the possibilities the show could offer in the season.
The first episode not only revealed Rebecca Sutter's (Katie Findlay) killer, Bonnie Winterbottom (Liza Weil), but also marked the entrance of Famke Janssen as Eve, an old friend of Annalise Keating (Viola Davis), who she recommended to become the lawyer of her lover Nate (Billy Brown).
The premiere showed Eve refusing to take on Nate's case and just what her history with Annalise was all about. Apparently, Eve wasn't only a ''good friend" but rather Annalise's ex-lover. However, it doesn't seem like the spark may entirely be out as the two had proceeded their reunion with heavy make-out moment.
Episode 2 will continue on with Nate's battle to prove his innocence on his own, after being turned down by Eve. It is said that Annalise is being forced to testify against Nate, which would be a conscience battle for her knowing that Nate does not have anything to do with the murder of Sam Keating (Tom Verica), the crime he is being charged for.
To shift focus from their own turmoil in their lives, Annalise and the Keating Five took on a new case. They will continue to be the defense lawyers of two wealthy siblings charged with murdering their parents. According to International Business Times, ABC gave away a hint that Annalise and her confident crew will be "blindsided" by new information about the siblings, which can possibly throw their whole case off track. The official synopsis for the upcoming episode is,"Investigators come up with a shocking new charge against the wealthy siblings Annalise is representing. Meanwhile, Annalise endures a difficult cross-examination at Nate's preliminary hearing."
Episode 2 of "How to Get Away with Murder" is entitled "She's Dying" and will air on Thursday, 10 p.m. EDT on ABC.
