HTC U11 Life Specs, Release Date: Device's Features Fully Leaked Before Tomorrow's Unveiling

Before its official unveiling, the HTC U11 Life was inadvertently leaked by T-Mobile, revealing its full specs sheet.

A support page for the HTC U11 Life uncovered everything about the much-awaited handset including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor that will power it up with 3 GB of random-access memory (RAM) and 32 GB of expandable storage giving it a boost.

The page also reveals that the HTC U11 Life will sport a 5.2-inch display with full high-definition (HD) resolution with an overall improved build courtesy of the IP67 certification.

On the imaging side of things, the midrange HTC offering will come with a single 16 MP  snapper on the back and another 16 MP camera on the front for selfies.

The HTC U11 Life will house a 2,600-mAh battery to keep the lights on for hours long enough for users to enjoy these features. Interestingly, it will have the Android 7.1.1 Nougat running out of the box instead of the rumored Android One mobile operating system.

The leaked page also indicates that there will be no 3.5mm headphone jack and it will instead be bundled with a Type-C earbuds that users can connect to the Type-C port on the bottom of the handset.

The HTC U11 Life will not miss out on the Edge Sense feature introduced in the original. This means that the users can squeeze the sides of the device to activate select functions without having to tap on the screen.

The smartphone will also come with not one but three virtual companions namely the Sense Companion, Alexa and the Google Assistant.

The HTC U11 Life is expected to be released tomorrow, Nov. 2. T-Mobile is clearly preparing for the big announcement, but appears to have accidentally leaked the page that was meant to go live tomorrow. Either way, many HTC fans will still be awaiting its arrival to see it in the flesh.
