Human Ken vs. Human Barbie: She 'Dresses Like A Drag Queen' and is a 'Plain Jane' Underneath the Makeup
Human Ken and human Barbie apparently don't get along very well: the 33-year-old who spent over $150,000 to turn himself into a plastic-like version of the doll said his counterpart Valeria Lukyanova of Russia is "an illusionist" who doesn't look the way she claims. Human Ken, whose real name is Justin Jedlica made the comments after her recent controversial interview.
The human Ken vs. human Barbie comments came after Lukyanova was interviewed for GQ magazine and the piece attracted attention for her outrageous statements and lifestyle. Jedlica, though, doesn't get the hype.
"We met at a photo shoot. She's a cute girl," Jedlica told GQ. "I don't really get her. I don't get why people think she's so interesting. She has extensions. She wears stage makeup. She's an illusionist."

Jedlica said that his various silicone parts — his shoulders, quads, abs, and more — were much different than Lukyanova, who just "plays dress up." To prove it, he mocked her in November of last year by dressing in drag and putting on a blonde wig and glaring eye makeup, just like her.
"Valeria presents herself as a real-life Barbie doll, but she is nothing more than an illusion who dresses like a drag queen," he told Daily Mail at the time. "Unlike me, who has spent nearly $150,000 permanently transforming myself into a human Ken doll, Valeria just plays dress up. But as soon as you wipe away all that makeup, she's just a plain Jane and there's absolutely nothing special about her."
Lukyanova hasn't responded to Jedlica's harsh comments, but she made controversial statements of her own during her interview. When her interviewer asked her about the rise in plastic surgery, she blamed it on the "degeneration" of beauty due to race mixing.
"Ethnicities are mixing now, so there's degeneration, and it didn't used to be like that," the human Barbie said.
She also bashed anyone who would choose to have children, saying they became parents not out of love or obligation, but simply to fulfill their own dreams vicariously through their children.
"It's unacceptable to me," Lukyanova explained. "The very idea of children brings out this deep revulsion in me … I'd rather die from torture because the worst thing in the world is to have a family lifestyle."
