Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed News: Couple Goes Horseback Riding in Atlanta

It's been three months since Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed started dating, and it appears that the couple are as smitten as ever as the "Vampire Diaries" actor took to Instagram on Tuesday to post a picture of his girlfriend and their adopted animals taken during a horseback riding date in Atlanta.

"A beautiful perfect Georgia afternoon decompressing from work with our big boy Eagle (who opted out of this photo), our little girl Millie (who you all haven't seen yet but here she is) & the one and only @iamnikkireed photographed by my lovely sista Kat Graham aka @katgrahampics. The simple beauty of the quiet countryside loving on my kids with these amazing women…Wow, love this. Needed this. So many amazing things happening with all of the projects in my life- thank you for so much love and support. Thank you," Somerhalder captioned the photo.

According to Us Weekly, the pair has added to their animal family since adopting the horses named Eagle and Millie. The website reports that they have adopted a kitten and two dogs since their relationship started.

Somerhalder and Reed certainly have a lot of time to spend together since it has been previously reported that the two have moved in together just three weeks after dating. The two are allegedly settled down in Atlanta where Somerhalder is filming "The Vampire Diaries." A source from Us Weekly also said that Reed goes to visit her boyfriend on set every day.

Reed's visits have reportedly made Somerhalder's ex-girlfriend and "Vampire Diaries" co-star, Nina Dobrev very uncomfortable to the point that the producers are worried that she might leave the CW series after her contract expires at the end of season 6. Dobrev has not confirmed this rumor as of the moment.
