'Imouto sae Ireba ii' Air Date, Spoilers: Upcoming Rom-Com Anime Series Features a Young Novelist
Hashima Itsuki is the kind of novelist who has a penchant for stories centered around younger sisters. He is the main character in the upcoming Japanese romantic comedy anime series, "Imouto sae Ireba ii (A Sister's All You Need)."
The show is based on a Japanese light novel series of the same name written by Yomi Hirasaka and illustrated by Kantoku. Seven novels have been released since 2015 under Shogakukan's Gagaga Bunko imprint. Shogakukan and Square Enix have also released two manga adaptations of the said series.
On the other hand, the upcoming anime adaptation will be released by Silver Link under the direction of Shin Ounuma, with the author Hirasaka writing the episode scripts. Sumie Kinoshita is in charge of character designs, while Tomko Kikuya will be providing the musical composition.
ChouCho is set to perform the opening theme song titled "Ashita no Kimi sae Ireba ii (It'll Be Good If Only You're Here Tomorrow)," while the ending theme song titled, "Donna Hoshizora yori mo, Donna Omoide yori mo (From Whatever Starry Sky, From Whatever Memory)" will be sung by Aira Yuki.
