iPhone 5 Back Panel Pictures Leak
Pictures of what could be the back panel of the next-generation iPhone leaked onto the internet earlier today.
Tech site 9to5Mac received images of a black back panel for a new iPhone and a white back panel.
Both components appear to be made out of metal with an antenna band molded into the back plates.

By examining the pictures of the components, 9to5Mac was able to come to some conclusions regarding the features that will be included on the next-generation Apple smartphone.
The long rumored smaller dock connector is present on the backing and the earphone jack has been moved to the corner of the device.
The speaker grills seem to have been redesigned and there is a new opening in between the camera lens and the LED flash, according to the site. Apple could use this new opening for a second microphone.
The company began including this second audio recording component on the iPhone 4S in order to capture video with higher sound quality.
The site also ended up receiving other parts for the new iPhone including frames that will hold in the device's home button.
This new frame sports the same width as the iPhone 4 and 4S, but is slightly longer. If this part was actually made for the new version, it would confirm previous rumors that stated that the device would have a longer display, but maintain the same width.
The site also noticed that the FaceTime camera has been moved above the earpiece and is now centered.
Apple is expected to launch the next-generation iPhone sometime in the fall of this year.
The device is rumored to include 4G LTE connectivity and an HD Retina display.
It is also expected to launch as "the new iPhone," and drop the number at the end of its name.
