Apple's keynote media event for the iPhone 5s/6/5C will be held on September 10, 2013.
With just a day to go, millions of people around the world will be turning their attention to Cupertino, Ca., where the keynote address by Tim Cook is expected to take place at 10 a.m. PT/ 1 p.m. ET.
Apple will likely have an official live stream available for the launch of the new line of iPhone 5S/6/5C handsets tomorrow. In June this year, Apple broadcast its keynote address for the first time via Safari-enabled Apple devices and Apple TV.
Apple only announced the broadcast of the WWDC on the morning of the keynote event, so it is likely that the broadcast announcement will come in the morning tomorrow.
Two new iPhones are expected to be launched – dubbed the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C.
The iPhone 5S is rumored to feature a fingerprint sensor, a 12 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, and will come in a gold or champagne color variant for the first time. It is also expected to launch with the new Samsung dual core A7 processor, which will be 30 percent speedier and smoother. The design is expected to be similar to that of the iPhone 5. . The iPhone 5S is rumored to release 10 days after the September keynote on September 20, 2013.
Apple will also release a budget iPhone 5C in a variety of up to six colors including white, black, blue, yellow, and powder pink.
Leaked photos of the iPhone 5C casing have been seen floating around online over the last several months. The device will appeal to international markets, specifically, China. Apple has also planned a sister keynote event in Beijing on Wednesday, September 11, 2013. There have been a few rumors that the iPhone 5C may be purchased on the same in that region.
The price is expected to be $99 with a contract, and $350 without a contract.
Six beta versions of the iOS 7 have been released since the launch of the new mobile operating system at the WWDC in June this year. Apple normally releases a new mobile firmware in line with a new iPhone, so the iOS 7 is expected to release on Sept. 10 when the new devices are launched.
The event's live stream is expected to be announced on Tuesday morning. Here is a link to the Apple Events website - click here.
