iPhone 6 Rumors: Low-Cost Model Spotted Inside its Packaging PICTURE

Some of the rumors regarding the iPhone 6 or 5S, and low-cost 5C model have revealed what the devices will look like, and this latest leak shows the cheaper version inside its packaging.

The new plastic iPhone appears in its plastic package in two new photos posted by the Chinese site iApps.im. The device can be seen in yellow, blue and white.

A video showing a fully assembled powered on iPhone 5C surfaced on the Chinese tech blog C Technology. The 50-second video shows a red iPhone running Safari on software that looks a lot like iOS 7. Pinch-to-zoom capabilities and responsive scrolling can be seen in the clip.

The phone in the video has a similar shape and two tone color that is consistent with previous leaks. The clip itself is low-resolution and lacks any views other than the front to show if it is a legitimate iPhone 5C or another device wrapped in a color plastic shell.

C Technology also posted a solo photo of a green iPhone 5C in its packaging that looks similar to what iApps.im posted up this week.

The iPhone 6 release date could have finally been confirmed by Apple as the company blacked out vacation time for its employees during the time of the new smartphone's launch.

Apple cut down vacation time for its AppleCare employees between Sept.15 and 28. This is a two week period that encompasses the prospective Sept. 20 release date for the device, further confirming that previous rumors had been correct.

This move by the company was spotted on a leaked internal document that was posted up by AppleInsider.

The next-gen iPhone and iPhone 5C are rumored to be unveiled on Sept. 10 along with the new iPad and iPad mini 2.
