iPhone 7 Latest Update: Apple To Release Two iPhone 7 Versions

The iPhone 7 would be in a 4.7-inch and a 5.5-inch unit version.

Apple's newest iPhone won't be released until fall of 2016, yet numerous previews are already available online. Just like Samsung's newly unveiled Samsung Galaxy Note 7, people can't wait to get whatever details they can of Apple's counter-offering.

A Mashable post further fueled the rumors as they showed a possible iPhone 7 image. With Apple working on a more updated, integrated mobile technology for its new gadgets, the upcoming iPhone 7 would already be featuring iOS 10.

Another rumor that has been going around the circuit is the possibility of the new iPhone 7 without a headphone jack. Observers say that even if Apple is going though rough times in terms of sales, it seems unlikely that the company will push through with an upgrade without coming up with a solution to the needed replacement.

The iPhone 7's dual camera setup could be a much appreciated feature especially by the millenials who prefer using Face Time in just a swipe. Another plus for iPhone 7 users would be the updated emojis for the iOS 10 when the new iPhone 7 rolls out already.

Min Ching Kuo, a premier KGI Securities Analyst, said that the iPhone 7 would be a more powerful flagship phone from Apple this time around. The new iPhone 7 5.5" unit will have up to 3 GB RAM and would also support the dual-camera feature -more RAM means more power needed for smooth iPhone 7 operations.

Mobile Security

During the Black Hat 2016 conference, Apple has said that they have been keeping the lead on mobile security measures compared to Android-powered gadgets. In an Investors post, Josh Thomas and Shawn Moyer of Atredis Partners said that Android users are a little behind in terms of security, which is iOS users have an edge over.

Thomas also said that since a lot of Android users are not on the latest version of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, they will not be getting the best security on their phones. iPhone boasts of better security features compared to their Android rivals.

On the other hand, Moyer also stated that even though vendors expect people to upgrade their gadgets at least every two years, not everyone could afford it. "The reality is you have people walk into a cybercafe in Nairobi and you're going to see people use handsets you haven't seen in four years", Moyer continued.

Let's see what happens when the new iPhone 7 is already out in the market this 2016.
