Jaden Smith and Girlfriend Odessa Adlon Rumors: Pair Seen Holding Hands in Coachella 2017

A newly shaven Jaden Smith and up and coming actess Odessa Adlon have been spotted at the Coachella 2017 event, and the two seemed especially intimate, bolstering rumors that the two are officially an item after the pair were seen earlier in Miami.

The pair turned heads in the music and arts festival, due to a number of things. First, Smith has lost his dreads and is now sporting a close-shaven look — a move that has his fans doing a double take on the pictures that are spreading on social media. Second, their outfits are 90s themed, and maybe taken to a bit of an extreme, according to International Business Times. The two were seen wearing baggy blues and denims, plus matching sunglasses. Smith also took to wearing patterned pink socks for the occasion.

Hair and outfits aside, what caught the attention of the showbiz media is the public display of affection going on in the photos taken of the pair. Adlon can be seen leading Smith by the hand as they navigate the Coachella 2017 grounds, sparking rumors that the two are getting serious about their relationship.

The two have a few things in common, according to a Hollywood Life article that reveals a few things about Smith's rumored new girlfriend. Adlon, while just starting out on her own acting career, has a short run coming up on "Nashville" later this year as a character named Liv. Like Smith, she was also from an acting family, with her mom Pamela Adlon being known for "Californication," "Say Anything," "Bob's Burgers" and "Louie."

Smith, meanwhile, is also starting to prepare for his role in an upcoming movie. According to Just Jared, the shaven look is not just for show — it's in fact a part of his look for "Life in a Year" later this year.
