Jenelle Evans Headed Back to Jail for Missing Court Date

Jenelle Evans is headed back to jail after missing a court date earlier this morning. The "Teen Mom" was scheduled to appear over charges related to cyber-stalking her ex-boyfriend Gary Head, but instead was out of town and missed the appointment.

"Jenelle was saying that she didn't even know about the charges and they were from months ago," a friend told Radar Online. "Jenelle is going to turn herself in, bail out, and get the charges dismissed."

Evans has been doing better lately, given her history with the judicial system. The charges brought against her by husband Courtland Rogers were dropped, and Evans plans to file for divorce as soon as possible. She is determined to make a better life for herself and 4-year-old son Jace.

Head and Evans had a tumultuous relationship that ended with an alleged physical altercation and charges being filed by both parties. For a while, Evans kept posting information about Head's online activities, but she has not done so in quite a while. Instead, she has been posting about all that is going on in her own life, including updates since the last season of "Teen Mom 2" ended.

Evans has maintained all along that her priority is to regain custody of Jace, who is in the care of Evans' mother, Barbara. Evans signed over custody when Jace was younger so that she could get her life sorted out and taken care of. She's struggled with heroin use, marijuana addiction, and alcohol addiction but is apparently clean and sober now.

"Jenelle wants to put all of this behind her. She's super [expletive] off about everything and doesn't want to keep dealing with all of this crap," the friend told Radar.

Fellow "Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham tried to offer Evans advice on life and parenting, though Evans was not happy about it. Fans wondered if Abraham should be doling out parenting advice in light of her recent activities, which included making an intimate video and being arrested for drunk driving.
