Jenelle Evans Threatens to 'File a Complaint,' Take Mom to Court for Custody of Son

"Teen Mom" Jenelle Evans has threatened to "file a complaint" against her mother, Barbara in order to gain custody of her son, Jace. It's the latest round in a long-running struggle between the two, who have continuously fought over Jace.

Evans, a frequent Twitter user, has now started her own website and blog, allowing her to share even more with fans. She recently posted an update about the situation between her and mother Barbara, with whom she has fought for custody of her son Jace.

"I'm so upset with my mom. Everyone always claims I don't try hard enough when it comes to me spending time with Jace. You're wrong! I just called her this morning eight times before she actually answered and she said that Jace had a surgery yesterday and I can't spend time with him again until Friday," she wrote.

"Like what the [expletive]! He had a surgery and you couldn't even tell me so if something went wrong during the surgery I wouldn't be there? Thanks a lot," Evans added. It's clear that the young mother was upset.

More criticism of the young mom's parenting came when nude photos of Evans leaked to the Internet this week, making it the third time she has had to deal with such a situation. Yet Evans maintains that she is doing her best to regain custody of her little boy.

"I go to school, work three jobs online at home, took volunteer parenting classes, completed 12 months probation and was sober for eight months of that period, AND took anger management classes. Also I've been seeing my psychiatrist regularly and taking my medication for my bi-polar disorder as prescribed," she explained.

"I don't know… I'm very furious and frustrated but I guess I'll have to wait until my expungement (sic) goes through for my criminal record, and then I'll be able to fight for custody. As for now, this custody battle is a waiting game until I can file for a complaint against my mother and take her to court," Evans added.
